Snowhigh - Lilikoi Red Pink Hair Hawaiian
New Snowhigh Exclusive Release:
Introducing a limited community release from Snowhigh Seeds.15 Reg Seeds ~
Hailing from big island and maui of the hawaiian islands this tribute combining an old rescued hawaiian line from 1970’s who fell in love with a devastating colombian, when the reds ruled the lands. Intense power and euphoria that would clear out all other highs. Recreating the crippling power of the old hash patty hawaiians which acclimatized in the volcanic black soils a narrow leaf afghani hashplant heralding from the same orgins as the kula krippler was used. Its exotic essences and colors not seen so commonly as it once did half a century ago. Tart, fruity, spicy, sweet, earthy, grassy aromas that draw you in at first change to more subtle, more offputting but addictive aromas, that make it hard not burrow your nasal passages in the budding floral clusters. The females were grown out, selected and a 2nd generation was produced to find the worthy harem for the next stage. Another hawaiian line with similar beginings as the first but ravished with the love of the high sierra madre de oaxaca, highland oaxaca golds with their deep red and gold features.
Just as its native roots have brought the passionfruit to hawaii from south america. The mixing of races has brought us something superior, a tropical treat, sweet and tart, beautiful to smell and look at. This complex offering should be shared with others.
Hardy outdoors, can withstand high winds and temperture changes.
This variety can be grown shallow, but it prefers some room to spread laterally. So a wide pot is preferred and, in the ground, or raised beds. Containers will work fine as well if size is an issue, you can control height and growth but increasing pot size as it matures and grows. Outdoors from seed harvest mid to late october. If cloned from mother harvest mid sept to late sept. As with any true heirloom or landrace, picking the plants too early is just a crime. So, if you don’t have patience, pick something else. As with all great things, the best things come to those who can wait.
